Grief & Healing

Everyone handles the loss of loved ones in their own way, on their own time. However, there are common feelings of grief that many people go through on their road to healing. When you understand and come to grips with what is normal, this time of loss and suffering may become easier.

Grief varies depending upon the age of the person who died, how the person died, the relationship with the person, and who else (such as a child or parent) is also grieving the loss.

The important thing to remember is: you are not alone. If you take the time to grieve properly and seek help if needed, you will get through this difficult time.
